Dimensions of Wellness
Campus Wellness helps students to achieve holistic well-being. Holistic Well-being is 鈥渁n optimal and dynamic state that allows people to achieve their full potential鈥 (Inter-association definition of wellbeing). A person鈥檚 well-being is encompassing many dimensions and is an ongoing effort for balance.
