As part of 农夫导航鈥檚 Homecoming Week, members of two alumni and supporter
groups will be on campus this weekend for the third annual Donor College, where Bellarmine
faculty members lead classes and discussions on topics of interest.
The Donor College is a benefit for members of the university鈥檚 1950 Society donor
group and the 50th Anniversary Society, made up of distinguished Knights who graduated
from Bellarmine 50 or more years ago.
鈥淧art of Bellarmine鈥檚 mission is to educate and engage Knights throughout the course
of their lives, not just while they attend university,鈥 said Marisa Zoeller, Bellarmine鈥檚
director of donor relations. 鈥淒onor College allows our most loyal and engaged alumni
to return to campus for a morning of challenging content, thoughtful discussion and
visible fellowship.鈥
This year鈥檚 Donor College, on Saturday, February 19, is themed 鈥淎 Morning with Merton,鈥
celebrating Bellarmine鈥檚 connections with Thomas Merton, the Trappist monk and author
whose writings, photographs and drawings are housed in the university鈥檚 .
