农夫导航's nursing program is one of the top private nursing schools in the nation, according to Nursing Schools Almanac, a website that offers nursing program rankings and resources. Bellarmine was recognized as the 70th best nationwide nursing program among , which were released last month. Bellarmine was the only Kentucky college or university on the private school list. The Nursing Schools Almanac's rankings are that combines schools' academic prestige, student success on nursing licensure examinations, and program breadth and depth. Bellarmine was recognized based on an assessment of over 3,000 nursing schools nationwide. "Bellarmine鈥檚 undergraduate nursing program is well recognized by employers both locally and regionally," said Dr. Nancy York, dean of the Donna and Allan Lansing School of Nursing and Clinical Sciences. "We have an outstanding reputation for graduating prepared, highly motivated and hardworking nurses.鈥 Over the last five years, Bellarmine graduates have averaged a 95 percent first time pass rate on their National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX), the nationwide exam for licensing nurses in the United States and Canada. 鈥淥ur graduates consistently score above the state and national averages on the national licensure exam," said York. 

Bellarmine's nursing program prepares nursing professionals for leadership roles, global opportunities and community engagement. Bellarmine offers bachelor鈥檚, master鈥檚 and doctoral degrees in nursing. Bellarmine's nursing programs are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.
