Imhoff's lecture -- titled "Animal Factory: the truth about the meat you eat and how you can change the system" -- takes place in Hilary's, on the first floor of Horrigan Hall ().
After Imhoff's lecture, Louisville food writer Sarah Fritschner will lead a panel discussion about options for buying locally-grown meat. The panel features a farmer and a processor-distributor. Fritschner is a former Courier-Journal food editor who has written books about cooking.

The Center for Regional Environmental Studies supports a new undergraduate program in environmental studies, campus-wide initiatives in environmental sustainability, new research agendas and the Bellarmine Farm, which will provide fresh produce for the University Dining Hall.
Imhoff will sign copies of his books, which will be available for purchase at the event.
